Gyeryong City, South Chungcheong Province, announced on July 11, 2025, that it has installed "Moss Wall Art" within the mayor's office. This installation aims to add eco-friendly elements to the mayor's office, improve the city's image, and provide emotional stability for employees and visitors.
Moss Wall Art is an indoor greening installation utilizing living moss, featuring a natural green color and unique texture. City officials stated, "By creating a space that captures the eye and promotes clean air, we aim to create a more welcoming administrative environment."
In addition, the city plans to expand the application of eco-friendly design elements to conference rooms and lounges within the city hall building. Citizens are also responding, saying, "The atmosphere inside City Hall has become much brighter."
