Yongin City Hall, strengthening the quality of cultural space by installing topiary of ballet duet 'Pas de Deux'
On September 26, 2007, Yongin City Hall installed a topiary piece themed on the ballet duet 'Pas de deux', further enhancing the quality of its cultural space.
This installation is a work that expresses the elegance and harmony of ballet through plant art.
The delicate moss planting technique and design vividly portray the movements and beauty of the duet dancers.
A Yongin City Hall official said, “This topiary installation is part of the effort to create a space where citizens can experience culture beyond simple landscaping.”
“It will greatly contribute to enhancing the cultural value of public institutions,” he said.
Moswall Art said, “The task of grafting the artistry of ballet onto topiary was a very challenging attempt.
He explained, “The delicate curves and balanced composition enhanced the level of perfection.”
This project is evaluated as a representative case of a public institution actively reflecting culture and arts in its space.
We look forward to further collaborations with various works of art in the future.
