Jeju Onseong Special School, Double-Sided Gradient Moss Wall Art with Emotional Healing
Onseong Special School , a special education institution in Jeju Island, introduced a new gradation series of works by Moswall Art as part of efforts to create an environment for children’s emotional stability and psychological recovery .
This installation goes beyond the conventional one-way wall design and is designed with a symmetrical gradient structure that utilizes both walls in both directions , and is characterized by a natural transition of color and density following the flow of space.
This work, installed in the passageway where children pass, was planned to induce psychological stability through sensuous color transitions and soft planting patterns, taking into delicate consideration the flow of sight and the texture of emotions.
In particular, this gradient design is a new pattern implemented in a different way from the previous series, reflecting a custom design just for Onseong Special School, and is recorded as an advanced example of nature-based emotional design within educational spaces.
