All works of Moswall Art are safely packaged and shipped by courier or dedicated cargo. Moswall Art protects the artworks so that they arrive safely through its own developed special cushioning packaging system. Artworks that are highly susceptible to damage are double-packaged in separate special boxes before shipping.

If the artwork you received is damaged or different from what you ordered, you can return it. If you contact our customer service center within 24 hours of receiving the artwork, we will provide you with prompt assistance.
General ready-made products (framed works, etc.) can be returned simply because you changed your mind, but the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. However, custom-made and installation-type works cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind due to the nature of custom-made products.
If an exchange is required due to damage to the artwork or incorrect delivery, we will manufacture a new piece with the same specifications and exchange it. Exchanges due to simple change of mind are not possible, and for finished artwork, we recommend returning the piece and reordering.
