What should I do if the piece I want is out of stock?

Temporarily out of stock items may be restocked after a certain period of time. If customization is possible, please contact our customer service center and we will assist you with custom production.

Does Moss Wall Art also have online sales?

Moswall Art does not hold regular sales, but holds special promotions during certain periods or on special anniversaries to express our gratitude. We will inform you through our official channels, so please refer to them.

What is a MADE TO ORDER piece?

Custom moss art designed exclusively to match the size, tone, and mood of the space. Through consultation, we will suggest the most suitable material and composition for the space, and it will be produced as a one-of-a-kind piece.

How do I use the customized service?

If you need customization, please request it through the [Customization Inquiry] menu or customer center. If you share photos of the space and the desired direction, we will proceed with the design and installation based on expert consultation.

How do I choose the right size for my space?

Each product detail page provides recommended installation space and artwork size. If you share a photo of your space, we can suggest the right size and configuration.

Are all of Moswall Art’s works authentic?

Moswall Art sells only genuine products made directly in its own studio. Design, handicraft, and preservation techniques are all operated in-house, and quality is guaranteed to be differentiated from similar products.

How are sustainability-related criteria managed?

Moss Wall Art preserves and utilizes moss in a way that does not harm nature. It prioritizes sustainable values in all processes, including its unique processing method, use of eco-friendly materials, and handcraft-centered production methods.

Are the prices of works the same online and offline?

Mosswall Art maintains the same pricing policy both online and offline. However, prices may change if custom production or specific installation options are added, and this will be notified in advance.

Order and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Moswall Art Online Store supports credit cards, check cards, bank transfers, and simple payments (Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, etc.). We have prepared various methods for safer and more convenient payment.

Can I use multiple payment methods at the same time?

Currently, only one payment method can be selected per order. Multiple payments or split payments are not supported.

Does the price of the artwork include VAT? Can you issue a tax invoice?

Yes, all prices displayed in the online store include VAT. If you need a tax invoice, please provide your business information so that we can issue one separately.

Can I purchase a gift card for a gift?

We do not currently offer digital or physical gift card services, but we do offer gift wrapping and personalized message services. If you require gift wrapping, please leave a note in the request box when ordering.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Before production of the work begins, changes and cancellations of orders are possible. However, in the case of custom-made products, changes and cancellations may be restricted after production begins. Please contact the customer center for quick requests.

I cancelled my order, how do I repurchase it?

If the same piece is in stock, you can re-order it on the website. In the case of custom-made pieces, you can also re-order it with the original content.

Can I order without registering as a member?

Yes, you can purchase as a non-member. However, services such as order history inquiry and delivery status confirmation will be provided more smoothly if you register as a member.

How do I place a pre-order (for works that require a production schedule)?

Some large wall installations or custom works are made on a pre-order basis, requiring a production schedule. We will provide you with an estimated production period and installation schedule in advance, and communicate with you at each stage during the process.

Can I change my payment method after ordering?

It is difficult to change the payment method after payment is completed. If you need to change the payment method, we recommend that you cancel the existing order and then make a new payment.

What should I do if an error occurs during payment?

Occasionally, errors may occur depending on browser settings or network environment. Please update your browser to the latest version or try another payment method. If the problem persists, please contact customer service.

Shipping and Delivery

What shipping options are available and how much do they cost?

All works of Moswall Art are safely packaged and shipped by courier or dedicated cargo. Regular framed works are shipped free of charge, while large installation works may incur separate installation and transportation costs. For more detailed information, please contact the customer center or check when ordering.

I would like to check my order.

You can check it in My Page > Order History. If you ordered as a non-member, you can check it through the email or contact information you entered when ordering.

Can I change the shipping address?

Changes are possible before delivery. However, if the product has already been shipped, changes may be difficult, so please contact the customer service center as soon as possible.

Can I pick up the artwork directly from an offline store?

Currently, delivery or in-person installation is only available for purchases made through the online store. Offline store pickup is not available separately.

Can I order to multiple addresses at once?

Only one delivery address can be used per order. If you wish to gift artwork to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each delivery address.

How long does shipping take?

Framed works are shipped on average within 3-5 days after payment is completed. Custom-made and large-scale installation works require separate production periods, and are shipped and installed on-site according to the schedule provided in advance.

How will shipping work if I order multiple pieces at the same time?

Depending on the type and size of the work, it may be shipped separately, and some may be shipped sequentially depending on the production period. All processes will be notified by text or email.

Will the artwork I receive via courier be safe and free of damage?

Moswall Art protects the artworks so that they arrive safely through its own developed special cushioning packaging system. Artworks that are highly susceptible to damage are double-packaged in separate special boxes before shipping.

Is overseas shipping possible?

Yes, Moss Wall Art can be shipped overseas. Shipping options and costs may vary depending on the country and region, so please contact our customer service center for more detailed information.

Returns and Exchanges

Under what circumstances can I return an item?

If the artwork you received is damaged or different from what you ordered, you can return it. If you contact our customer service center within 24 hours of receiving the artwork, we will provide you with prompt assistance.

Can I return the product even if I simply change my mind?

General ready-made products (framed works, etc.) can be returned simply because you changed your mind, but the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. However, custom-made and installation-type works cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind due to the nature of custom-made products.

How does the exchange work?

If an exchange is required due to damage to the artwork or incorrect delivery, we will manufacture a new piece with the same specifications and exchange it. Exchanges due to simple change of mind are not possible, and for finished artwork, we recommend returning the piece and reordering.

How do I request a return/exchange?

Please contact our customer service center within 24 hours of receiving the artwork, or submit a request through the inquiry form on our website. If you provide a photo and details, it will be processed more quickly.

Can I return a custom-made piece?

Custom-made or installation works are made to fit the customer's space and requests, so returns due to a simple change of mind are difficult. However, if there is a defect in the work or a manufacturing error, we will take responsibility and exchange or refund it.

What are the costs for returns?

For returns due to a simple change of mind, the customer must pay for the round-trip shipping fee, and the fee may vary depending on the size of the work and the region. For returns due to damage or defects, we will cover the full cost.

When will my refund be processed?

Once the returned artwork arrives at our company and the condition is confirmed, a refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the payment method. The timing of the refund may vary depending on the card company's circumstances.

My artwork arrived damaged. What should I do?

First of all, I would like to apologize. Please take a photo of the damaged item immediately after receiving it and contact our customer service center immediately. We will quickly check and assist you with the exchange or refund process.

Gifts & Packaging

Is gift wrapping available?

Yes, Moswall Art provides a gift wrapping service so that you can convey your artwork with care. Upon request, we will carefully prepare a package with a subtle and refined mood.

How do I request gift wrapping?

When ordering, please write a request for gift wrapping in the 'Requests' section. If you have any detailed requests such as separate messages or ribbons, please write them together and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Can I send a message along with the gift?

Yes, we can. We can enclose a short message or a handwritten message in the form of a printed letter. Please leave the message in your request.

Can I make it so that the price isn't displayed?

If gift wrapping is requested, it will be shipped without price information and no receipt or price tag is included. We are only trying to convey your feelings.

Can it be delivered as a surprise gift to the recipient upon delivery?

Yes, we put a lot of effort into packaging and organizing the gift, considering the excitement the recipient will feel when they first open the piece. However, if you are preparing it as a surprise gift, please request that the delivery information be sent only to the orderer's contact information.

I want to send gifts to multiple places. Can I place my order at once?

The artwork can only be shipped to one address per order. If you wish to send it to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

A/S and work management

Should I water it or expose it to sunlight?

No. Our plants do not require any care such as water or sunlight, and it is better to avoid direct sunlight, moisture, and water. They will maintain their natural appearance without any special care.

Does it have an indoor air purification function?

Moss Wall Art's works can absorb moisture in the air or have an expected negative ion effect, but they are different from mechanical air purifiers. They are works that focus on visual stability and creating a space that is friendly to nature.

Can moss discolor or fall off?

Discoloration or peeling may occur if exposed to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or strong friction. If installed in a well-ventilated space with indirect lighting, it will remain stable for a long time.

What should I do if my artwork gets dusty?

If dust has accumulated, gently brush it off with a soft brush or blower . Be careful not to use wet tissues or water as this may cause damage.

In what cases is A/S possible?

If there is a defect in the production of the work or damage during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will repair or exchange it free of charge. Damage that occurs during use can be repaired or partially replaced for a fee.

Is it possible to maintain or restore old works?

Yes, we can restore or refresh older artworks. Please send us a photo of the artwork and we will advise you on possible management options.

What if the moss falls off after installation?

Some types of moss may temporarily shed powder or small fragments in dry environments. This is a natural phenomenon, and in severe cases, we provide free inspection or paid repair services.
